Our Vision:

To keep your animals healthy!

Newsletter: February 2018

February 2018

It’s time to book your appointments for all species. We are once again offering several voluntary Preventative Healthcare Packages. All animals must be signed up individually and payment received prior to your first visit or before the May 1st payment deadline, whichever comes first. Please note, that we have not included barn call charges in the packages as we traditionally break those up according to the numbers of owners, to make it more cost-effective. We encourage you to schedule your appointments early, as appointment slots fill up fast and we want to accommodate everyone’s schedules as best we can.

A few updates….

  • WELCOME KELLEY! When you call, please be sure to introduce yourselves to Kelley if you have not had the pleasure of speaking with her yet. She joined our practice in October and she is doing a great job of getting to know our clients and patients and will be assisting you with all of your office needs.
  • WE ARE MOVING! Black Pond is going back to its roots and relocating back to Dr. Pantano’s original office in her barn at 229 Lincoln Street in Norwell by March 15th. Please “Like” us on Facebook as we will be posting updates. The phone numbers and PO Box will stay the same, just the physical address is changing. We are working hard towards a seamless transition, but we ask for your patience as we evolve.
  • At the USEF Annual Meeting, a rule was passed that all USHJA registered horses must be microchipped by December 1, 2017. After that date, horses that are not in compliance with the rule will not receive points or be eligible for Federation and/or USHJA programs and awards. Microchipping will be available at your request, but we must know prior to your appointment.

We look forward to seeing you all this year.

Dr. Dana Pantano, Kelley, and David
